Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
O2 Global Services ("we", "us", "our") is an independent software development studio operated as a sole proprietorship in Canada. We build and operate software products for community management, music, and rental & living management. This policy explains how we handle personal information across this website (o2global.org and o2global.ca) and our products.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to operate our services:
- Contact information you provide when you email us or request early access (name, email address, and the contents of your message).
- Account information when you register for one of our products (name, email address, language preference, and profile details you choose to add).
- Content you create within our products, such as community records, song arrangements, or property and tenancy information.
- Technical data generated automatically, such as device type, browser, and approximate region, used for security and to keep our services reliable.
This website itself is static and does not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies.
3. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve our products and services.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To process payments through our payment provider when you purchase a subscription or service.
- To protect our services against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.
4. Payments
Payments for our products and services are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our systems. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
5. What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
- We do not use your community, music, or property data for advertising.

6. Data storage and security
Our services are hosted on cloud infrastructure provided by Amazon Web Services. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to what is necessary to operate and support the services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide our services or as required by law. If you close an account with one of our products, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Canadian users have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
